From September 10 to 15 the 52nd DGPs congress took place, this year in Hildesheim. With the theme „view on | of science” researchers from all fields of psychology met in person after a longer break due to the pandemic.

Culture andMoral Courage in front of an audience of experts.
Under the titel "An Ethical Culture Approach to Compliance and
Integrity Management: What
Works and What Hurts to Prevent Misconduct and Promote Ethical Behavior
in Organizations" Diana Stimmler-Caesmann presented findings of multiple studies about the relationship between ethics strategies, Ethical Culture and (un)ethical behavior.
Under the titel "Entwicklung und Validierung eines Messinstruments für Moral Courage am Arbeitsplatz" Nicole Witt presented multiple studies, which were conducted to determine the factorial structure and validate a new scale for Workplace Moral Courage.
