Linda Schombach wins VPH sponsorship award

For the 5th time, three students were awarded the sponsorship award of the Verband der Privaten Hochschulen e.V. (VPH) to finance their graduate studies.


The third price this time was awarded to Linda Caroline Schombach, a student at Zeppelin University for her exceptional thesis entiteld „Does Perceived Organizational Justice Influence Ethics Programs Effectiveness? – An Analysis of Perceived Organizational Justice Dimensions as Mediators Between Ethics Programs and Work Behaviors“.


Prof. Dr. Carmen Tanner, professor for economic psychology at Zeppelin University recommended the dedicated student for the award. Miss Schombach wrote her bachelor thesis, which was supervised by Prof. Dr. Carmen Tanner and Diana Stimmler-Caesmann, on an important question for research and practice: under which circumstances are ethics programs in organizations more or less successful to combat misconduct?


We congratualte Miss Schombach warmly on her achievement and the award of the third place!
