Successful workshop on Corporate Venturing with 10 companies

Corporate Venturing Portfolio

How do startups help develop radical business model innovations?
How should cooperation with startups be done in order to generate added value?
What does a successful corporate venturing portfolio look like?
These questions we persued with 10 companies in our workshop from May 29th to 30st, on the topic of corporate venturing. We were received by our host Sodexo in Berlin. In the two-day workshop, the topic of cooperation with startups was developed from different perspectives. In an introduction, Prof. Dr. Enkel considered the issues under state-of-the-art theories from science. After that, each company had the opportunity to present its approach and discuss it with the plenary. The presentations were relaxed by interesting guest lectures from science and practice. A highlight of the first day was Sodexo's invitation to their flagship restaurant for a leisurely exchange with startups.
If you are interested in communicating with international companies such as SAP, Airbus and RRPS on different topics of business model innovation, then contact our department. The new workshop series 2018/2019 will start in September this year.
