African Cultural Heritage as a Decolonial Practice

Public Panel Discussion

This discussion at the Colsman Forum explores how African cultural heritage can be approached as a decolonial practice. The panel brings together speakers from Ghana, Germany and the Milele Museum, a digital museum that develops new forms of access to African cultural heritage. They offer a range of perspectives on heritage, memory politics and contemporary decolonial strategies. The session is moderated by Associate Prof Dr Eric Debrah Otchere (University of Cape Coast) and Jun-Prof Dr Meike Lettau (Zeppelin University).
