The Chair of Public Law, Tax & European Law & Regulatory Law teaches students of Zeppelin University in their major phase the legal frameworks of economic activity, both in national law and in the transnational law of the European communities.
In the study program of Corporate Management & Economics, special emphasis is placed on competition and tax law.
State and administrative law are the topics of the legal education in the study program Politics, Administration & International Relations. In addition to constitutional law and basic law, the courses especially teach the legalities of market control, as well as fiscal law and economic administrative law.
A research focus of the chair is also the European Community Law and in this area especially the financial and currency legislation. The courses therefore always include the community law dimension of economic and tax law.
