Future mobility concepts will no longer be oriented towards the classical division according to modes of transport, but link and integrate them.

Research Approach of the Amadeus Center for Mobility Studies | CfM


They will have to make sure that transport and logistics processes run more efficiently, mobility remains available, and infrastructural, ecological, or financial framework conditions are kept. The need satisfaction of the respective target group has to be the focus of business-model innovations, for purely technology-driven business models often fail to meet the demand.

The research approach crosses different sectors and modes of transport. The different modes of transport are part of the individual topic area which highlight the different perspectives of business model innovations and link them. The interrelated research areas include:
