They will have to make sure that transport and logistics processes run more efficiently, mobility remains available, and infrastructural, ecological, or financial framework conditions are kept. The need satisfaction of the respective target group has to be the focus of business-model innovations, for purely technology-driven business models often fail to meet the demand.
