The Academic Advisory Board (AAB) is the scientific advisory body of Zeppelin University staffed with external experts.
In its current form, it consists of eight members and usually meets twice a year. The AAB advises the university management with regard to the overarching structural and strategic development of research and the promotion of young scientists at Zeppelin University.
This includes, among other things, supporting the development of the Zeppelin University Graduate School (ZUGS), participating in the evaluation of the research clusters, and critically monitoring accreditation processes at regular intervals.
