One-year Master in Psychology & Management for Digital Transformation | PSM

Zeppelin University also offers the Master in Psychology & Management as a one-year Master's program. The prerequisite for applying for the one-year Master's in Psychology & Management is a BA degree with 240 ECTS credits.

Like the two-year Master's, the one-year profile combines psychological expertise with management skills in a digital context and prepares students for activities at the interface of psychology, management and digital transformation - with a focus on digital leadership, digital business models, HR management, entrepreneurship and organizational development.

Major phase (30 ECTS)

Compulsory modules (6 ECTS) in the 1st semester

  • Advanced Methods


Compulsory elective modules (24 ECTS) in semesters 1 & 2

  • at least 18 ECTS from the core areas of psychology and management, whereby at least one module must be taken in each core area
  • to be chosen from the compulsory elective modules of the two-year PSM Master's program
  • up to 6 ECTS can be replaced by multidisciplinary modules


Master's phase (30 ECTS)

  • Master's thesis
  • disputation

Interested? Note on the language requirements

As courses in the Master's in Psychology & Management are offered in both German and English, a good knowledge of both languages is required. A C1 level is recommended for the English-language modules.
