Prof. Dr. Matthias Weiss joins the LEIZ

Professor Matthias Weiss will join the team of the Leadership Excellence Institut Zeppelin | LEIZ, starting in January 2025, to jointly develop projects, and collaborate on research ideas about innovation, relational economics, and transcultural management issues.


The Leadership Excellence Institute Zeppelin | LEIZ is a research, teaching, and practice transfer institution of Zeppelin University. Its main topics relate to the work on the theory of Relational Economics and in particular to:


  • the governance of value-adding networks,
  • questions of business and leadership ethics and corporate culture,
  • the conditions for success of transcultural cooperation,
  • management innovation from East and South Asia, as well as
  • the economic/social conditions and consequences of disruptive technologies.
