The ZEPPELIN-Chair for Innovation Management and Transformation is delighted to present results of its research activities at this year's Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Copenhagen. Four research reports will be presented at the conference: “Makerspaces and Regional Firm Formation” by Vera Jahn (Ruhr-Universität Bochum) and Matthias Weiss, „The Rewards Paradox: How Incentives Spark Creativity but Fuel Idea Rejection“ by Matthias Sinnemann (Universität Münster), Matthias Weiss, and Julia Backmann (Universität Münster), „Health and Well-being Research in Entrepreneurship: New Directions for Scholarship“ by Gisa Todt (LMU München) and Matthias Weiss, and „Antecedents and Ecosystem Design of University Entrepreneurial Activity: A Meta-Analysis“ by Martin Queissner.
