DICO Talk "Do we actually need ethical leaders?"
As part of the DICO Talk "Do we actually need ethical leaders and if so, how do I find them?" on 06/26 in Frankfurt am Main, entertaining impulse lectures from science and practice conveyed various classifications of the topic and gave the audience the opportunity to ask questions that concern them in their own professional field regarding ethical leadership, application processes or GenerationZ.
The speakers included Prof. Dr. Carmen Tanner, Vice Director of the Leadership Excellence Institute Zeppelin, as well as Janine von Kisfeld, Markus Bamberger and Moritz Trebeljahr. Georg Gößwein and Felix Weidenbach guided the audience through the event, which was very interested and eager to discuss.
The panel discussion that followed gave the opportunity to narrow down the topic and underline the importance for companies. Integrity management must enable people to think for themselves again and independent thinking must be promoted. In an international context, one must also always bear in mind that although there is a concrete understanding of values worldwide, this is lived in completely different ways.
The DICO working group "Compliance as a management task" will take up many points of the event and consider them in a handout. In this context, the LEIZ refers to this year's DICO FORUM on September 26th and 27th in Berlin. Here are some impressions of the event
