Academy of Management Annual Meeting 2026

The ZEPPELIN-Chair for Innovation Management and Transformation is delighted to present results of its research activities at this year's Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Philadelphia. Two research reports will be presented at the conference: “The Hidden Psychological Costs of Complex AI Use: Evidence From Experience Sampling” by Matthias Sinnemann, Julia Backmann (both University Münster), Sascha Alavi (Technical University Dortmund), and Matthias Weiss, as well as „Who Belongs Where? Membership Model Divergence in Multi-Teaming“ by Julia Backmann (University Münster), Matthias Weiss, Julia Wimmer (LMU München), Mark Mortensen (INSEAD), and Martin Hoegl (LMU München).
