Appointment as a Member of a DAAD Selection Committee

We are pleased to announce that, following a decision by the DAAD Executive Committee, Prof. Dr. Simon Koschut has been appointed as a member of the DAAD Selection Committee for "Annual Scholarships to the USA and Canada" for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029.

Selection committees play a central role in the work of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD): the success of DAAD's funding programs depends on identifying the candidates with the greatest potential among a large number of applicants. This demanding and independent selection process is only possible thanks to the considerable voluntary commitment of the committee members. At the same time, the committees provide the DAAD with valuable input for the further development of its funding programs.
