LEIZ presents the "LEIZ Relational Economics in Practice" case study series, available for open access on our website. Our team of researchers, including professors, postdocs, and PhD candidates, have dedicated many months to creating this valuable resource for educators and students of business studies.
The cases in this series are all based on real-life business challenges that our researchers have worked on. They include structured case descriptions, key challenges, core questions, and theoretical discussions based on cutting-edge research. Topics covered include AI implementation, large project management, global organization and transformation, as well as transcultural learning and managing transcultural teams.
This open-access teaching resource is an ongoing project, and we will continue adding new case studies with different business challenges and research topics in the future.
The research for this project was made possible by the generous support of the Karl Schlecht Foundation, which also provided the initial idea for this teaching resource.
The following researchers contributed to this project: Prof. Josef Wieland, Prof. Julika Baumann Montecinos, Dr. Matthias Niedenführ, Dr. Sabine Wiesmüller, Dr. Jessica Geraldo Schwengber, Lukas Belser MA, Tobias Grünfelder MA, and Sina Heer MA.
Our gratitude goes to Matthias Niedenführ and Julika Baumann Montecinos for editing the cases, and to Philip Hertel and Peter Schmid for providing valuable support for the style guide and formats.
