These are some of the questions addressed by Honorary Professor Dr Andreas Wiedemann in his research and teaching. Since 2006 as an external lecturer, since 2009 as an honorary professor at the FIF. Honorary Professor Dr Andreas Wiedemann is a partner of the Stuttgart law office of Hennnerkes, Kirchdörfer & Lorz, and specialized on issues of corporate governance, constitutions of advisory boards, concepts of succession, M & As, as well as consulting publicly traded family businesses.
