Honorary Professor Dr Andreas Wiedemann is a partner of the Stuttgart law office of Hennnerkes, Kirchdörfer & Lorz, and specialized on issues of corporate governance, constitutions of advisory boards, concepts of succession, M & As, as well as consulting publicly traded family businesses.
