The Center for Mobility Studies (CfM) celebrated its 10th anniversary last weekend at the Zeppelin University summer party in Friedrichshafen. As a leading research center for mobility, logistics and digitalization, the CfM focuses on innovative solutions and future-oriented research. On this special occasion, Henrik Kleis presented his latest research entitled "Tech Tides: Steering Through Cooperative Complexities with the Institutional Role Model as an Economic System Architecture."

In his presentation, Henrik Kleis showed how the institutional role model can be used as a tool to manage the complexity of digital projects in mobility research more efficiently and create sustainable added value. You can find the full paper here.

In addition to the paper presentation, a panel talk offered valuable insights into the history, vision and current research fields of the CfM. Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Schulz and Dr. Annerose Tress engaged in lively discussions on topics such as Gaia-X, the role of politics and industry, current challenges in mobility research and the importance of digital transformation and sustainable transport solutions.

The summer party was an excellent opportunity to celebrate the successes and developments of the CfM over the last ten years and to discuss the future of mobility with experts, students and partners. We would like to thank all participants for the inspiring discussions and lively interest.

We look forward to working together with our partners and you on innovative solutions for sustainable and digitalized mobility of the future. With a focus on topics such as mobility systems, logistics and economic system architecture, we are paving the way for more efficient mobility.
