The Leadership Excellence Institute excited to share that the Transcultural Caravan is now part of the ELEVATE Project, a forward-thinking European initiative aimed at strengthening intercultural competences for organizations and teams in an increasingly complex and diverse world.
ELEVATE is a collaborative project funded by the European Union that brings together partners across Europe to explore how we can better prepare organisations to successfully address cultural complexity. ELEVATE envisions a Europe where intercultural competence is cultivated through deep and ongoing learning processes, not isolated workshops or tick-box activities. The project will deliver a set of interlinked results, ranging from a research-based intercultural competence audit to a comprehensive training handbook.
Prof. Josef Wieland, Prof. Julika Baumann Montecinos, and Tobias Grünfelder from the Transcultural Caravan are excited to contribute to this meaningful journey, working with the ELEVATE team and companies across Europe to foster a wholistic and collaborative approach to intercultural competence.
The Leadership Excellence Institute sincerely thanks all partners for making this project a reality. Co-creating the future of intercultural learning embodies the core spirit of the Transcultural Caravan. Furthermore, LEIZ is looking forward to welcoming the ELEVATE team to Zeppelin University in November, an inspiring opportunity to strengthen this collaboration and co-create real impact.
