The Leadership Talent Academy (LTA) by UnternehmerTUM offers a unique opportunity to take this path consciously and value-driven. The central question is: How can I, as a leader, establish a culture of collaboration, trust, and impactful action?
The Leadership Talent Academy is a 4-month in-person program specifically designed for aspiring leaders. By participating in five consecutive workshop modules, participants can explore their personal mindset and enhance their skills. The program focuses on the following approaches:
- Experience-based learning: Learning through practical experiences
- Co-Creation: Jointly developing solutions and strategies
- Individual leadership challenges: Direct connection to participants' personal situations
The goal is to train a new generation of leaders who stand out through their value orientation and innovative strength. Key topics addressed within the academy include: How can I develop a value-based leadership style? What role does trust play in my organization? How do I successfully lead teams through uncertain and dynamic times?
