At the Leadership Talent Academy, you will develop your personal, value-oriented leadership style to shape organisations based on a culture of cooperation, trust and powerful action. Taking on leadership responsibility for the first time as an innovation driver can be an enormous challenge. The LTA is a four-month on-site programme consisting of five consecutive workshop modules designed to deepen your knowledge of yourself and your leadership skills. Through experience-based learning, co-creation and constant reference to your own personal leadership challenges, you will have the opportunity to explore your mindset, change your way of thinking and empower yourself for your own future. We are awarding 25 full scholarships for the next batch, funded by the Karl Schlecht Foundation (KSG). Further information about the Leadership Talent Academy can be found here.
