Intervene instead of looking the other way. In theory, this sounds clear and simple. But in everyday life, it is often not so easy to show moral courage. But what is moral courage anyway? And can it be learned?
These questions and more were answered by Professor Carmen Tanner and her colleague Professor Verikona Brandstätter from the University of Zurich. The outcome of the interview with the Swiss public service broadcaster SRF : Moral courage is the ability to act according to moral and ethical standards.
