TLS 2025 | Transcultural Perspectives on Transformations

10/24/2025

The LEIZ is pleased to invite you to the “Transcultural Leadership Summit 2025 – Transcultural Perspectives on Transformations” on November 13 and 14.

At this year's Transcultural Leadership Summit organized by the Transcultural Caravan Network and the Lake Constance Innovation Cluster, you can expect inspiring ideas and lively discussions on digital, social, and cultural transformations – practical, international, and directly relevant to current challenges in business.

In keynotes, panel discussions, and an interactive World Café, a diverse group of experts from business, academia, and international partner organizations will share their experiences and perspectives on the topic of transformation. Please find the agenda and further information in the attachment.

Among other things, you can look forward to:

  • Steffen Erath (Head of Innovation & Sustainability, Hansgrohe SE) – Here is a short interview with Steffen Erath at ZU Daily.
  • Eva Simone Lihotzky (Global AI Lead, Serviceplan Group)
  • Cawa Younosi (Managing Director of the Diversity Charter)
  • James Bridle (Artist, Writer & Technologist)

A special highlight is our hybrid World Café – an interactive dialogue format that takes place on-site and online. In small groups, participants discuss key questions about the transformations of our time and develop new ideas together.

Your benefits: New perspectives on innovation and leadership issues, networking across industry boundaries, and practical solutions in exchange with international decision-makers and experts.
Location: @Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen – and online
Event language: English
