Interview with Prof. Dr. Wieland on the importance of leadership and value orientations

It is the responsibility of leaders to interpret these values situationally and implement them in practice. Particularly in difficult situations, such as dealing with bribery attempts, a clear value orientation is crucial.
Prof. Dr. Wieland makes it clear that integrating values into corporate culture is a continuous and demanding task. Leaders must not only understand the values but also have the courage and ability to realize them in various contexts. By doing so, they contribute significantly to the stability and reliability within the company and promote a culture of integrity and mutual respect.
