The Friedrichshafen Institute for Family Entrepreneurship | FIF is a self-financed institute that was founded in 2009.
We focus on the future viability of family businesses in the areas of succession & next generation, innovation & entrepreneurship, brand, family office, strategy and family governance.
We combine research-theoretical and practice-orientated approaches with an entrepreneurial spirit in order to actively shape the future viability of family businesses. To this end, we work together with all generations of a business family:
| With the successor generation as part of "Project 2024" and through special courses in the Bachelor's and Master's programmes at Zeppelin University
| With the successor generation who want to continue their education before or during the assumption of operational responsibility in the family business as part of the Executive Master's programme eMA FESH
| With the generation currently in charge through regular exchanges at various events, workshops and case studies
