Handover of LEIZ Management

Dr. Lennart Brand, with over a decade of service as Managing Director at the Leadership Excellence Institute Zeppelin, is stepping down from this role. He now directs his focus toward pivotal responsibilities within the Directorate of Zeppelin University.


Prof. Dr. Josef Wieland, Director of LEIZ, and the entire team would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Brand for his invaluable contributions during the institute's formative and consolidation phases. His dedication has been instrumental in shaping LEIZ.


Looking ahead, Dr. Jessica Geraldo Schwengber will collaborate with Prof. Wieland in steering the scientific leadership and management of LEIZ. Her involvement with the institute since 2019 and her successful leadership of the Transcultural Caravan project make us look forward to her continued accomplishments in this new capacity.
