Participation in ICDEc 2024: The future of the digital economy
Last week, Jens Gessler and Hanspeter Rychlik took part in the International Conference on Digital Economics 2024 (ICDEc 2024) in Rabat. Researchers from 27 countries came together to have a lively exchange about the digital economic landscape.
One of our highlights was the presentation of our paper "Integrating Advanced Mobility Services in Federated Data Spaces: An Exploration of Organizational Roles", authored by Jens Gessler, Hanspeter Rychlik and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Wolfgang H. Schulz, which was nominated among the top three for the Best Paper Award. We shared our research results from our research projects Gaia-X 4ROMS (Support and Remote-Operation of Automated and Networked Mobility Services) and Gaia-X 4AMS (Advanced Mobility Services) and received valuable feedback.
It was an inspiring conference that showcased the global interest and collaboration in shaping the future of digital innovation and the various challenges different countries face in digital transformation.
