Ming Ma

Ming Ma is a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Public Administration and Public Policy at Zeppelin University. He is now working on ERC project “Biases in Administrative Service Encounters: Transitioning from Human to Artificial Intelligence (BiASE-AI)”.


He studies computational social science, comparative politics, and AI governance. He is particularly interested in how (mis)information about emerging technology both shapes and is shaped by the dynamics of global politics, digital spaces, and everyday life. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Perspectives on Politics, China Review, China Perspectives, among other journals.
