Prof. Dr. Florentina Paraschiv gave a keynote presentation in the Finance Conference at the ZF Forum on "Sustainable Finance Trends - the ESG challenge".
Regulation is driving sustainability compliance such as Zero Carbon Targets:Emissions reduction and Corporate Social Responsability/CSR drive the content on which companies report.
In a study on Mergers and Acquisitions, we additionally found that Acquirors adjust targets’ valuation in accordance with their ESG heterogeneity.
