Advancing sustainable change

Business knowledge and management skills for Bachelor's and Master's graduates from a wide range of disciplines


Under the overall theme of "Advancing Sustainable Change", the program offers a general, part-time management education supplemented by selected elements from other disciplines, including psychology, sociology and practical philosophy.


The program is internationally oriented, the language of instruction is English and represents an alternative to the MBA.

The overarching goal of the program is to enable students to act as sustainable change agents and make a valuable contribution to the transformation of their organizations in an individual and socially responsible way.


By drawing on different theoretical perspectives, current research findings and advanced scientific methods, students are enabled to design and implement innovative solutions for the complex business challenges of the 21st century.


Within a holistic learning approach - based on interactive lectures, seminars and projects - students work on interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary topics.


Teaching in small and diverse teams supports the exchange between students and promotes the development of interdisciplinary knowledge.

The part-time Master's program at a glance

  • Degree: Master of Science (M.Sc.), accredited

  • Admission requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 180 CP and at least 1 year of professional experience
