Dr. des. Tobias Grünfelder starts new position as Associate Professor at ISM University in Vilnius
The Leadership Excellence Institute Zeppelin congratulates our long-standing and esteemed Research Fellow Dr. des. Tobias Grünfelder on his new position as Associate Professor at the ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius.
ISM University is one of the leading business universities in the Baltic region. Founded in 1999, it is known for its international orientation, practice-oriented teaching, and close cooperation with global partner institutions. The campus is located in the center of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania and an important academic and economic hub in Northeastern Europe.
This step followed the successful defense of his dissertation “What if we focus on developing commonalities across cultures? Transculturality as a relational approach for leadership, management and education”, with which he completed his doctoral studies at Zeppelin University.
In Vilnius, he will further expand teaching and research in international business, transcultural management, global leadership, and transcultural education. He gives lectures, seminars, and workshops that critically examine and further develop established perspectives on leadership, management, education, and international cooperation. In addition, he will continue to work closely with LEIZ and bring the Transcultural Caravan to Lithuania in the future.
