Since its foundation, the CfM has successfully raised a total of 2.9 million euros in third-party funding, with around 0.6 million euros being acquired annually over the last four years. Thanks to its multidisciplinary research approaches and the broad recognition of both international and national project partners, the CfM has established itself as a recognized economic institute in the field of mobility research.
In current research projects, the Center for Mobility Studies examines the economic, psychological, sociological and technical aspects of mobility and thus provides essential impulses for innovations and new business models. Integration of research into teaching
The CfM's research findings are regularly integrated into teaching. Students on the courses "Supply Chain Management", "Mobility Innovations & Digitalization" and "Mobility Industries" benefit directly from current research advances. In the special seminar "Structural integrity of non-proprietary non-discriminatory AI platforms", thematic focuses are set that enable an in-depth examination of the latest challenges in AI development, in contrast to the broad content of traditional lectures.
