Two-year Master in Psychology & Management for Digital Transformation | PSM

Introduction subject to accreditation and state recognition of the degree program.

Shaping Sustainable Digital Transformation

Advancing digitalization is radically changing organizations in terms of processes, products, collaboration and leadership. The faster technologies become, the more acceptance, motivation, emotion, decision-making behavior, team dynamics and culture determine success or resistance to change.

This is precisely where the Master's in Psychology & Management comes in. It combines psychological expertise with management skills in a digital context in order to shape transformation in an evidence-based and responsible manner. It is ideal for anyone who is looking for a Master's in Business Psychology but wants to understand change more as an interplay between organizational psychology, management practice and technology.

The course prepares students for leadership roles in digital change: from digital leadership and data-based HR to the design of sustainable digital business models - always with a focus on ethics, sustainability and social responsibility.

Who is the Master intended for?

For all those who not only want to "manage" transformation, but also understand it and shape it effectively, regardless of their first degree and without subject restrictions or further requirements: It only requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 180 ECTS.

Is the Master's degree more in psychology or management?

Both! You will work at the interface and learn how to apply psychological methods in management and digital contexts. There are neither pure business topics on offer nor a focus on pure psychology. Zeppelin University imparts knowledge between the disciplines and the modules of the new degree program were selected precisely for this purpose.

What role does data & AI play?

They are a very important part of the degree program. They strengthen data literacy and apply analysis methods in a management context (e.g. applied data analytics; ethical perspective).

Is this a Master's in Business Psychology?

It is close to business psychology, but goes consistently further in the direction of digital transformation, automatism and virtuality: organizational and personnel psychology, management and technology are systematically considered together.
