Save the Date: November 16 and 17 for the TLS 2023

Mark your calendars for November 16th and 17th, 2023, as we are excited to announce the eighth annual Transcultural Leadership Summit (TLS). This year's TLS will be a unique hybrid event and is co-organized by the Transcultural Caravan Network.

The Transcultural Leadership Summit (TLS) is a platform for exchange and transcultural learning, tackling questions of leadership and cooperation in times of global interconnectedness. Since 2016, this two-day conference has been developing a growing network and providing a platform for renowned experts from business, politics, civil society and the arts to share their expertise and engage in debates with students, professionals and academics from all over the world.

Throughout the years, the TLS has focused on different countries and regions, and on their approaches to transcultural leadership (2016 China, 2017 Sub-Saharan Africa, 2018 Brazil, 2019 Europe, 2020 New Belt & Road Initiative, 2021 Southeast Asia, 2022 Futures of Transcultural Leadership).

This year’s focus is on "Perspectives on Sustainability." We want to take you on a journey around the world to explore diverse perspectives on sustainability and foster a global dialogue on creating sustainable, responsible, and inclusive systems. This dynamic event aims to shed light on the opportunities and challenges that leaders and organizations face in their quest for sustainable futures.

Driven by this ambition, the 8th Transcultural Leadership Summit will take place on the 16th and 17th of November 2023 at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen on the shores of Lake Constance. It will be a hybrid event that combines a live experience with the opportunity to participate online for attendees from all over the world. As a special format, we are planning to hold simultaneous local events at the universities of our network: in Ho-Chi-Minh City (Vietnam), Lodz (Poland), Pretoria (South Africa), Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Schwenningen (Germany) and São Paulo (Brazil).

Stay tuned for updates on our website as we unveil more information about our esteemed speakers and the event agenda.
