How did your studies prepare you for your current job?
"The degree has broadened my knowledge in many areas and put existing knowledge in other areas on a broader foundation. It has given me the ability to lead a team successfully and understand which factors lead to better cooperation. I also learned a lot about organizational theory and how to deal with change processes."
Why exactly is eMA at ZU?
"I chose the eMA BEL program because of its clear focus on leadership, which is so central to few other MBA programs. In addition, the sophisticated program, as well as inspiring lecturers, were convincing."
Looking back, what did ZU offer that another university does not begin to?
""ZU demands engagement with alternative and radically different ways of looking at and approaching things. On the one hand, this is based on the interdisciplinary orientation of the university and open discourses and, on the other hand, on the high-energy atmosphere on campus - a kind of spirit of departure, because "There has never been more beginning than now!" I was inspired to see things differently, to approach them, and to question them thoroughly. Last but not least, ZU has also contributed to my personal development."
