Natalie Kho studied Corporate Management & Economics at ZU and is founder and managing director of peak2peak consulting GmbH.
"Studying regularly showed me how important it is to keep asking questions and challenging the status quo. This is where I found out what studying and researching mean. My Bachelor's degree was more like school, and it was only at ZU that I discovered the joy of research for myself. My studies have encouraged me to follow exactly my path. This is 'lateral' and involves several parallel activities with constantly new challenges.
Through the many research projects, the insanely inspiring people, and the many opportunities, I also learned to entirely focus on my inner resources and strengths, to say no or even to go the 'extra mile' when it became necessary."
"...I am grateful that I was able to take advantage of all the different opportunities at possible and impossible times. There was always room somehow for my desire to do "as much and as intensively" as possible (from summer academy in Ethiopia to extra courses, side jobs, continuing education, and playground for coaching & facilitation). So, on the one hand, I had to experience my limits the hard way - when too much was too much - and simultaneously, I was able to experience a great network of people who caught me and carried me when needed.
In addition, I discovered my thematic passions here (leadership, human resources, and organizational development), which is a valuable cornerstone for my current activities."
