Studying at Zeppelin University means developing new passions and an instinct for phenomena, problems and solutions with social relevance. In this context, the student initiatives are independent ambassadors of the university. In the initiatives, social challenges, emerging phenomena and common interests are investigated. Students dedicate themselves to their initiatives through creativity, passion, commitment and by drawing on science and the arts. The university specifically promotes initiative work, for example through the SPOff, and creates sufficient free time during the semester to devote to the initiatives.
With ZUPER (ZU Project Enabling Rules), the support process for student projects, ZU creates the framework conditions for initiatives. The Student Project Office provides the necessary central contact and mediation point and can be contacted from all sides as a ‘network centre’. It organises workshops and networking activities, helps with self-organisation, communication, financing and by providing university resources, such as event rooms. The supervisory support provided by the SPOff also enables focussed and targeted communication within and outside the project team. ZUPERprojects can seek advice on all aspects of their initiative development and receive professional support in the development of goals, solutions & strategies.
With transparency, reliability, presence and commitment, SPOff accompanies projects and ideas from their inception to their realisation - to achieve the greatest possible impact.
