Three years after completing his bachelor's degree, Sven Sulz decided to enroll in the part-time master's program in Digital Pioneering (eMA DIP). Throughout the 21-month study period, he continued to work full-time as a business development manager and project manager at his company, Compass Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG. Since the beginning of 2019, he is now responsible for the expansion of the location in Stuttgart as Business Development Manager at the innovation service provider "Zühlke". The experience he gained at ZU accompanies him daily.
"Studying has broadened my knowledge horizon enormously and thus also influences my daily work. You become an expert in topics such as business model development, business model innovation, and digitalization. In addition, you learn to think outside the box, which always helps a lot in your daily job."
"... I am just glad I decided to do the eMA DIP at ZU. I will miss the time on site as well as the intensive exchange with everyone involved. ZU is simply an excellent place to develop academically, but also personally."
"The interdisciplinarity and practical relevance, combined with high academic standards are simply brilliant. Lateral thinking and the development of one's ideas and approaches are always welcome and make the study program so special. In addition, I see the format with the 12 module weeks including the week in Berlin and the summer school in San Francisco as ideal."
"The beauty and the special thing about ZU and the eMA DIP is that you can't define a type of person. If you are interested in digitalization, business models, and everything that goes with it, you are right here. It is also important to be open to new things. If this is the case, everyone, regardless of their field of expertise, will take away a lot for themselves."
