Winfried Pohlmeier studied economics and political science at the University of Konstanz and Princeton University. He completed his doctorate at the University of Mannheim, followed by a postdoctoral stay as a John F. Kennedy Fellow at Havard University. To date, our senior professorships have included renowned academics, primarily from the fields of psychology and sociology. We are therefore all the more pleased that with Winfried Pohlmeier we have now been able to recruit an empirical economic researcher for our research and teaching," explains ZU President Professor Dr. Klaus Mühlhahn.
