The student research unit at Zeppelin University is pleased to announce the sixth annual student research conference that, for the first time, will also host international undergraduate and graduate student researchers. After Oldenburg, Bochum, Berlin, Kiel, and Stuttgart Hohenheim, it is our privilege to hold the conference from April 21st - 22nd, 2021.
Alexander von Humboldt
We invite students from all disciplines and courses that are enrolled at the time of registration at a university or any higher education institution. Students who want to present and discuss their research projects within a dynamic student research community should apply for the conference.
The submitted student research projects with an economic focus will also have the rare opportunity to be published. We have received an affirmation from the renowned online journal "Economic research guardian" (http://www.ecrg-journal.com). Papers with a different focus will get the chance to be published in an anthology.
Please, read the CALL carefully.
Of course, all other interested participants are also invited to attend the conference.
Please register for the conference no later than 31 of March 2021.
The student research unit at Zeppelin University is thrilled to welcome undergraduate and graduate student researchers from all over the world to the ISRC (International Student Research Conference) 2021, which will be held at Lake Constance and virtually.
Presentation slots are limited. We ask all interested candidates to submit an abstract of no more than 500 words to studentresearch@zu.de with the subject line “Abstract [Name]: International Student Research Conference” by February 15, 2021. Please include your full name, university, and major / graduate program. Applications from individuals as well as groups with a joint project are possible.
The conference languages will be German and English. If you want to present your research in German, please make sure to write your abstract in German, too. Students can either plan a 10-15-minute presentation for an audience of peers, professors, guests, and professionals. Or they can organize an innovative format such as a panel or roundtable discussion or any other format that you see fit. Please make sure to specify the format of your presentation. We advise you to discuss any innovative format prior to the submission deadline with Dr. Aynur Erdogan, Director of Student Research. Email: aynur.erdogan@zu.de.
All submissions must be based on original research conducted by the presenter/s, and they should circle around the topic areas of economics, politics, culture, and social sciences. Research projects may and should include inter- and multi-disciplinary approaches.
Due to the current pandemic situation the conference will take place virtually extended, including innovative VR elements.
We are very pleased that Zeppelin UniversitätsGesellschaft e.V. subsidizes the participation fee of each participant. Students will only have to pay a conference fee of 25 EUR upon registration.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic situation, we cannot enjoy the benefits of our facilities and the geographical location of our university. However, our IT-Team will do everything to turn the virtual experience into very special one.
